Paul Horton
CEO and Co-Founder
Having held key management positions at countrywide and Belvoir, Paul started the business in 2016. He is extremely passionate about Online estate agency and believes that the public needs a cost-effective And transparent alternative to the high street estate agent. Paul owns A number of businesses, but Green Key Property Management supports His vision and its where he feels his success lies.
Adrian
Systems and processes
Adrian started designing systems and processes and database driven software applications more than 20 years ago. He has a deep understanding of the lettings business and has developed individually tailored database driven systems for some smaller letting agents. He developed a fast and effective inventory creation process that uses video tied to legally correct paperwork that provide very robust inventories for agents and landlords. He has also developed and effective and simple to implement video tour process that is not just a few photos played in sequence that is used to pre-tour the properties before agents have to meet potential tenants that dramatically reduces wasted time for both parties.
