Finding the right tenant

With nationwide coverage, we can help to find you a tenant in the quickest possible time while achieving the highest possible rental yield. We ensure that every potential tenant is fully referenced by one of our partners and pay a Holding Fee to protect our landlords interests. Most of our properties are let within the first 4 weeks of them coming available to the market.

Collecting your rent

Our efficient accounts department will collect rent from tenants and pay over to the landlord's within 24 hours of the rent arriving in our bank account. We chase any tenants that fall into arrears and update landlords on a regular basis of progress being made. If there is a genuine reason why a tenant has fallen into arrears, we will always suggest a solution to get payments back on track. Green Key Property Management provides consolidated statements for landlords to help them with their end of year tax returns. You will find these in your members area.

Letting your Property

We fully research the rental potential of each property with a combination of expertise and local knowledge. The process of bringing a property to Green Key Property Management is simple, painless and straightforward. We will guide you through the process of giving your current agent notice and will then take on all of the administration from there on it really couldn't be any simpler!

Managing your Investment

Once a property is under our management, our experienced team take over. With a carefully referenced tenant in situ, all our landlords need to do is sit back and reap the rewards of their investment. The Green Key Property Management team will look after the property as if it was their own, and our dedicated property managers will oversee all communications and be hands-on to offer help and advice as and when it is needed. No matter how big or small, nothing is a problem.

If you are not satisfied with your current letting agent it will be music to your ears to hear that it is easy to change agents and you don't have to wait until the tenancy ends!

How can I change letting agent?

Swapping letting agents is easy, we do all the hard work for you! All you need to do is send a letter to your existing agent telling them that you are giving notice to end your agreement with them (we will provide you with a template for this!). We are happy to look at your existing Terms of Business to see what notice period has been agreed.

Moving your management takes about 3-4 weeks on average. After you have given notice to your agent, we get to work on contacting the agent ourselves to request the necessary documents (which in your letter you have already advised them will be happening). We also contact your tenant to let them know about the change of management and to arrange getting their new standing order set up.

That's it in a nutshell, nice and easy!!


What will it cost to swap agents?

We don't charge you for this service! You will simply start paying our standard monthly management fee of 6% from the point we take over the management.
